So, there's a point in your lifting where you start to think beyond the layout you have been following because for whatever reason you're dissatisfied with the program. You think about what matters and what doesn't, or what you can measure and what you can't, and for me, I determined it was strength. Strength training was a different animal then what I had been shooting for in my previous work out lay out. I realized from playing around with heavier weight and lower reps that I could get stronger while surprisingly not pounding myself into the ground. I understood then how it was that Olympian strength athletes could lift every day. So then I started top think about how to maximize my routine to get the best results. Since this style is new ground for me I decided to not reinvent the wheel. I turned to the internet and different books. Mr. Koevoets offers very sound advice for people who know how to lift. If you like power lifting and have a hunch that a higher frequency might be for you, this is your book.

I really like it becouse it's not the classic power lifting book

I really like it becouse it's not the classic power lifting book, it does not give the formula and promise gains if you follow it to for top to bottom and if not you're doing it wrong.
It show research about why you should give high frequency a try and explain how can u set up your plan and change what you are doing now.
Like the reactive training manual it does not give you all the answers but it make up more questions about you training and progress and insights of how you can get better. In my opinion if you are serius about power lifting, and for that price, it's a no brainer.

A must have for Fitness Professionals.

Not only is Martijn an excellent hands on coach who knows stuff, his writing ability is second to none.

It's easy to understand and explains exactly what it says on the tin.

It's not often you'll find a coach who is as strong as he is (that's him on the front cover) and as knowledgeable about a topic I think many think they could utilize, but not yet fully understand.

This read solves that issue.

Excellent read and a must have for any Personal Trainer or Strength & Conditioning Coach.
