I purchased this copy via Amazon and was looking for this book as it was reccomended to me as being able to provide a lot of specific detail on Anglican ritual. It was exactly what I was looking for and the copy that I was able to purchase, quite reasonably, has provided me with the information I was after. Very dtailed, but well worth purchasing.

A Thoroughly Well-written and Researched Book - A Gift to the Lord

I am, at 81, the last surviving Master of Ceremonies, who served at the altar of St. Faith, Cowes, Isle of Wight, when Rev. E.C.R.Lamburn was the Vicar, for over twenty-five years. I was given a personal copy of the Ninth Edition, by Rev. Lamburn. I have now purchased several copies of the Eleventh Edition, as gifts to my friends, some of whom are priests and all of whom serve at the altars of churches of the Anglican Communion. This is a good and thoroughly researched book, which should be in the possession of every Anglican priest, Eucharistic minister and altar server. It is still used as the principal handbook of Anglo-Catholic Churches, world-wide. I commend it to all who worship in the traditional manner.

Dive back into the 60's

The merit of the book is to provide an affordable compilation of Archigram's images and original text, mostly published on Architectural Design almost forty years ago. While it is disappointing not to have color pictures, the graphics are still compelling and provocative (all done without Photoshop!). It is a very good basic reference book if you are interested in Archigram.

In The Mind Of A Master An Interesting and Thought Provoking Read

I have read the book many times. I learn more each time and appreciate that all of Slim's words are in itallic. I find it a wonderful way to take in the sacred geometry and quantum physics. Something new seems to jump off the page each time. A must read for anyone learning how to apply these tools to their environment and/or healing sessions.

On the fringe of the fringe

I was very skeptical that anything in this book is true. Just too far out there for me. However, I read a lot and test a lot. I bought one of the tensor rings to see if I could experience any of the energy. For a test I placed it around the bottom of my fish bowl. The "bowl" is really a cylinder just slightly smaller in diameter than the tensor ring. Well the upshot is that I have not had to clean the water in months. Rather than getting cloudy, it has remained crystal clear for months. This is remarkable because my daughter was supposed to clean it every week. It's one of her chores. All that we have had to do is add a bit of water once or so a week due to evaporation.

So, back to the book. This book gives a rather full account of tensor rings and other objects used to manipulate energy. Now that I have had such a dramatic proof of effectiveness of the tensor ring I have to give credence to the author and the material. Really fascinating stuff to read about, and if it is all true, way beyond fascinating!

The book is well written and interesting to read.

Another mind blowing book about Slim Spurling.

When you have read Slim Spurling's Universe you can start reading this book too. Some parts from Slim Spurling's Universe are also written in this book. But it surely won't bore you. I did not finish this book yet, but I can write , that I am very surprised about the amazing possibilities this technology offers. The book is also quite easy to read and it is entertaining. It gives much more detailed information about the technology. There are many stories from users in this book and the outcome is always positive. I work at a primary school and I was very surprised that this technology even can help children with ADHD and other learning problems or behavioral problems. Children just love the tools too.
You can also benefit from these tools when your have radio-wave sickness or are EHS. There are not so many solutions for this, but this is at last a technology that helps. This books also tells about the latest products in detail.

Nice to read Lefcourt again

Seems like he went too long between books. This is a nice sequel to his Hollywood books. Some parts are a bit too manic and overdone but all in all, it is a more enjoyable read than most books coming out today. If you haven't read it, find The Dreyfus Affair, that is one of my favorite fun reads as well.

If you hate to love Hollywood or love to hate the French, this is the book for you. Novelist Peter Lefcourt takes us on a wild ride to the Cannes Film Festival with his usual ingeniously comic story telling. He manages to capture the manic energy of the annual bacchanal in the south of France through the lens of several Americans with diverse and conflicting agendas. He even brings back the intrepid producer, Charlie Berns, who is hustling harder than ever. Readers of "The Deal" and "The Manhattan Beach Project" will be happy to learn that Charlie has his tap shoes back on. And far as the French are concerned, they may never let him in the country again. A terrific read. Maybe Lefcourt's best book.

LE JET LAG IS HILARIOUS!

Peter Lefcourt has always been one of the funniest writers on the planet. In this book he outdoes his past successes. You will find this a book that you never want to end. Cancel your plans to watch the conventions and know that you have an alternative. You can laugh until you split your sides. Just saw Lefcourt's amazingly funny play, "Mutually Assured Destruction," in West Los Angeles directed by the talented Terri Hanauer. There's another way you can laugh at the words of the brilliant writer and miss the conventions. This book is a steal. Steal it!
